The Great Lakes Valley Conference announced its men's golf all-conference team on Thursday, expanding upon the list of golfers who finished in the top-5 at the GLVC Championships in April. Prairie Stars golfer Alex Seibal earned the second All-GLVC honors of his career.
Seibal had a strong start at the GLVC Men's Golf Championship two weeks ago, carding a two-under 70 for the first 18 holes. His next two rounds were 73, 76 for a 54-hole total of 219. He totaled 29 pars and 11 birdies on his way to a T9 finish.
The sophomore has a 72.6 adjusted scoring average in 26 rounds this year along with a No. 23 regional ranking and No. 168 national ranking (Clippd Scoreboard) https://scoreboard.clippd.com/players/20638
Seibal was a first-teamer in 2023 after finishing in the top-5 as a freshman.
