Cost of Attendance Estimated Cost of Attendance (COA) Financial Aid Offer Notifications must list anticipated expenses students may incur during the academic year. The total COA is an estimate, not the actual price you will pay, and costs will vary. Disbursement Process — Receiving Your Aid Disbursement ProcessWhen Will I Receive My Financial Aid?Financial aid is disbursed to your student account no earlier than 10 days prior to the start of each term. Current term aid is disbursed continuously throughout the semester a few times per week. Aid is credited to the student's account. Based upon notification of other awards or changes in enrollment, financial aid and student account balances can change at any time (even after the semester ends).  07-01-2027
Financial Aid Withdrawal Policy Withdrawal & Return of Aid PolicyTo officially withdraw from the University, students must follow the established deadlines, policies, and procedures found in the Catalog. Each semester, Records and Registration publishes Policies & Registration information including deadlines to withdraw from courses, and the associated tuition and fee proration, if applicable. 07-02-2027
