Courtney joined the UIS Division of Advancement in 2021 as a Prospect Development and Segmentation Analyst. She is responsible for planning and programming mass communications as well as prospect research. Previously, she worked at the University of Illinois Foundation. She obtained her bachelor's and master's degrees from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
