Kurt joined the UIS Division of Advancement in 2023 as the Business Manager. He previously worked at UIS from 2009 - 2018, and also obtained his MBA from UIS in 2017. Kurt served as the federal funds administrator for the Illinois State Board of Education prior to returning to campus. He also holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Illinois College.
