The University of Illinois Springfield (UIS) volleyball team extended its win streak to four matches with a dominant 3-0 sweep over the University of Indianapolis (UIndy) on Friday night at the Ruth Lilly Center. With the victory, UIS improves to 18-8 overall and 8-4 in GLVC play, already having secured a spot in the upcoming GLVC Tournament. UIndy falls to 17-10 and 7-5 in the conference.

- Set 1: The first set was tightly contested, with UIS trailing early before going on a 11-2 run to close out the set, winning 25-21. Eirini Glynou played a crucial role in the rally, contributing four kills to seal the win after the Prairie Stars pulled ahead at 19-16
- Set 2: The second set was a back-and-forth battle through a 14-14 tie. UIS then broke away with a dominant run to take control and secure the 25-18 victory. UIS hit .297 in the set, while UIndy slumped to a .176 hitting percentage
- Set 3: The Prairie Stars carried their momentum into the third set, outhitting UIndy .371 to .135. UIS jumped out to an 11-5 lead and never looked back, finishing off the Greyhounds 25-14 to complete the sweep
- Eirini Glynou led the offense with 14 kills, followed by Makenna Cox with 12 and Kendall Johnson with 11. Erica Sledge set up the attack with 37 assists and contributed two service aces
- Anna Laincz anchored the back row with 16 digs, while Glynou added 12. Makenna Cox led the team with four blocks, and Carly Michels added three
