The Illinois Springfield volleyball team was swept by Lewis in its regular season finale, falling by scores of 25-17, 25-20, and 25-15. on Saturday afternoon at Neil Carey Arena in Romeoville, Ill. on Saturday afternoon.

- Set 1: UIS started strong in the first set, taking a 3-1 lead with two service aces from Eirini Glynou. However, a series of attack errors allowed Lewis to take control midway through the set. The Flyers capitalized mistakes by UIS, closing out the first set 25-17
- Set 2: The Prairie Stars fought back in the second set, with Glynou and Makenna Cox leading the offense. Despite their efforts, Lewis' offensive efficiency, particularly from Bella Ray and Mallory Januski, proved too much. The Flyers won the second set 25-20 to take a 2-0 lead in the match
- Set 3: The Flyers were dominant in the third set, jumping out to a 6-2 lead and never looking back. Despite strong play from Glynou and Cox, Lewis' offensive execution sealed a 25-15 win in the final set, completing the sweep
- Eirini Glynou led the offensive charge for UIS with 12 kills and 2 service aces, while Makenna Cox contributed 11 kills and 18 digs, providing a steady presence on both offense and defense
- Libero Anna Laincz recorded 17 digs to anchor the defense, and setter Erica Sledge added 22 assists, effectively setting up her teammates in critical moments

Four quarterfinal matches will take place on Friday, starting at 11:30 a.m. Semifinal matches are scheduled for 2:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 23, with the championship match set for 12 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 24.
