GLVC opponents Truman State and Quincy will visit TRAC for regular season basketball games this week.

Thursday, Jan. 9
5:30 p.m. - Women's Basketball vs. Truman State
The Prairie Stars (2-11, 1-4 GLVC) host the Bulldogs (5-9, 2-2 GLVC) on Thursday night. UIS is coming off consecutive wins against Saint Ambrose and Indianapolis, while Truman State is looking to bounce back after a 74-72 loss to Missouri S&T. TSU leads the all-time series 15-3, and the teams split their meetings during the 2023-24 regular season. Truman State has a postponed game against Lincoln on the schedule, which may be played ahead of their trip to Springfield.

7:30 p.m. - Men's Basketball vs. Truman State
UIS (6-7, 1-4 GLVC) hosts the Bulldogs (7-5, 1-3 GLVC) after a tough loss to UIndy on Sunday. Truman State is also looking to rebound after a GLVC defeat to No. 20 Missouri S&T. UIS trails the all-time series 11-3 but has won two of the last four meetings. Truman State's scheduled game against Lincoln has been postponed again, but could be played before the Bulldogs visit TRAC on Thursday for their matchup against UIS.

Saturday, Jan. 11
1:00 p.m. - Women's Basketball vs. Quincy
The Prairie Stars host the Hawks (8-5, 2-2 GLVC) for a BoS Cup Rivalry game on Saturday afternoon. Quincy is coming off a 80-49 win over Lincoln, while UIS also secured a GLVC victory over the weekend, defeating UIndy 67-58. UIS trails the all-time series 20-10 but has been dominant recently, winning five of the last eight meetings since 2020. Quincy's recently scheduled game against UMSL was postponed and will now be played on January 20, instead of before their visit to TRAC this week.

3:00 p.m. - Men's Basketball vs. Quincy
UIS welcomes the Quincy Hawks (6-6, 1-3 GLVC) to TRAC for a rivalry game on Youth Day. Quincy recently suffered a heartbreaking 70-69 loss to Lincoln on Friday, Jan. 3, while UIS fell 80-79 at UIndy on Sunday. The Prairie Stars are on a four-game win streak against the Hawks, with their last loss to Quincy occurring in February 2022. The all-time series is tied 12-12. Quincy's previously scheduled game against UMSL was postponed and will now take place on January 20, instead of before their visit to TRAC this week.
