The UIS men's track & field team showcased strong racing at the Gerry England Invitational at UIndy on Friday night, securing several top finishes in the distance events.
Meet Highlights
- Briar Nevills led the way with a dominant performance in the men's mile, finishing first with a time of 4:35. Finn Loken also had a solid race, securing third place at 4:41.
- In the men's 800 meters, Ayden Groves took third place with a time of 2:04, followed closely by DJ Dutton in fourth at 2:05, and Lucas Naugle in sixth at 2:09.
- The men's 3,000 meters saw Charlie Serrahn finish 3rd with a time of 9:31, while Cole Kaether placed 8th, crossing the line in 9:50.
