The UIS women's track & field team will travel to the Gately Track Center in Chicago, Ill., for the Lewis Invite on Friday, Feb. 7, starting at 4:00 p.m.

The squad is set to compete in the 3k, mile, and 800-meter events, showcasing the team's depth in distance events. Additionally, the Prairie Stars will field two 4x400 meter relay teams, adding another layer of excitement to the day.

With strong individuals and relay teams, the women's track team is ready to test their limits at the meet hosted by conference opponent Lewis. The Flyers will also welcome familiar opponents like Parkside, Purdue Northwest, and Indianapolis to the Chicagoland facility.
