The Illinois Springfield men's golf team wrapped up competition at the Las Vegas Desert Classic on Tuesday, finishing 20th with a total score of 922 (+58) after three rounds of play at Boulder Creek Golf Club. 

Tournament Recap
  • Sacha Lamraski led the team with a solid performance, finishing the tournament at eight-over par. He improved in his final round, carding a 73.
  • Julien Babineau followed with a score of 17-over par, highlighted by 10 birdies—the most on the team.
  • Daniel Edwards matched Babineau at 17-over par, remaining consistent across all three rounds.
  • Jake Baldin and Francesco Abba Jr. rounded out the lineup, finishing at 18-over par and 19-over par, respectively. Baldin led the team with 33 total pars.
  • The Prairie Stars combined for 33 birdies and 143 pars over the tournament. The team averaged 3.50 strokes on par-3 holes, 4.31 on par-4s, and 5.03 on par-5s.
