The Illinois Springfield men's golf team is set to compete in the 2025 Great Lakes Valley Conference Championship on April 20-22 at Silo Ridge Golf & Country Club in Bolivar, Mo.

The GLVC Championship format includes 54 holes of stroke play over the first two days, with 36 holes scheduled for Sunday and the final 18 on Monday. The top four teams following stroke play will advance to medal/match play on Tuesday to determine the team champion. The individual medalist will be crowned based on the results of stroke play.

Lineup
UIS will send a lineup of Julien Babineau, Jake Baldin, Sacha Lamraski, Francesco Abba Jr., Brady Wilson, and Charles Prins. Babineau, Baldin, and Wilson return from last year's lineup, where they placed T19, 48th, and T51, respectively. UIS finished ninth of twelve teams at the 2024 championship, which was held at Paradise Pointe in Smithville, Mo. The team carded rounds of 296, 301, and 316 for a total score of 913.
