Dissertation: "Disenrollment reasons in the Illinois’ all kids program: A descriptive case study research"
Bio: Sabohat K. Khalilova is a member of the 2008 cohort. Her doctoral specialization is Public Health Policy and Administration. She has had an internship experience with the Bureau of Eligibility Policy at the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services. During her internship with the Graduate Public Service Internship Program (2008-2010), she has been involved in several projects such as Maxenroll (Maximizing Enrollment for Kids), Title 19 and 21 of the Social Security Act for the State Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Programs policies and rules, Long-term care, and Illinois All Kids program. Her dissertation focuses on analyzing the causes of disenrollment for eligible children in the Illinois All Kids program.
