Bio: Sarah Mackey is the Chief Network Development Officer at National Court Appointed Special Advocates/Guardians ad Litem (CASA/GAL) Association for Children, which promotes court-appointed volunteer advocacy for children and youth who have experienced abuse or neglect. Sarah provides oversight and leadership to the network development team to provide training and development opportunities and enhance the capacity and effectiveness of CASA/GAL local programs and state organizations. Before joining National CASA/GAL, she spent 12 years with Habitat for Humanity, working at the local, state, and national levels. As Vice President of US Transformation & Volunteer Programs with Habitat for Humanity International, Sarah led the strategy development, change management, and implementation of initiatives and services supporting the success of Habitat for Humanity’s network of 1,100 organizations across the United States. Sarah also has experience in fundraising, communications, and community engagement roles with Girls Incorporated and United Way.
