Bio: Romeo is an experienced executive in the IT and Telecommunications industries. In the private sector, he has served as Managing Director, Country Manager, or Regional Commercial Director for leading global Hi-Tech vendors: ZTE Corporation, MetaSwitch Networks, UTStarcom Corp, among others. In the public sector, he served as Technical Director during the administration of President Hipólito Mejía of the Dominican Republic at the Institute of Vocational Education, INFOTEP, where he also served as a liaison between this Institute and the National Competitiveness Council of the Dominican Republic. He contributed to developing the INFOTEP’s 2001- 2004 strategic plan, organizational alignment, and digital transformation. Romeo also collaborated with the Distance Learning Center for the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture, IICA, in 1998. More recently, he has been consulting on matters related to organizational alignment and organizational design for digital transformation. .

Research Interests: Organizational design and alignment, leadership development, continuous improvement, and digital transformation of public and private organizations.
