An undergraduate Bachelor's Degree in Communication provides students with a general background in communication theory and technology with an opportunity to engage in studying a specific area of communication and apply this knowledge to address specific social problems.
Undergraduate students in the School of Commmunication and Media can earn a bachelor's degree specializing in one of four content areas:
- Interpersonal and Cultural Communication
- Journalism and Media Studies
- Strategic Communication and Public Relations
- Communication Studies
Undergraduate students can also pursue an accelerated MA in Public Affairs Reporting, which will waive 12 credits to completion of the degree.
