Banner Financial Aid will be upgraded on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 to incorporate regulatory requirements along with several minor defect corrections. The upgrade will begin at 5:30 AM CST and is expected to be complete by 7:30 AM CST. Banner will not be brought completely down for this event; however, Banner Administrative Pages, BDM (attachments), Workflow, Chrome River, Eddie, and Amazon Business for Finance will be unavailable during the upgrade. In addition, Banner Self-Service, with the exception of Student Registration and Faculty Self-Service, will also be unavailable at this time. While Student Registration and Faculty Self-Service will be available during the upgrade, they will require restarts, which may cause users to lose their connection, if they are logged in during that timeframe. In order to prevent this situation, it is recommended that users avoid logging into those applications during the upgrade period.
