Amanda Temir-Young likes the quality professors, affordable master’s degree programs and the internship opportunities at the University of Illinois Springfield. Temir-Young is interning with the Illinois Auditor General through the UIS Graduate Public Service Internship Program. She chose UIS because of the internship opportunities with the state government and small class sizes. Following graduation, she will work as a full-time auditor for the Illinois Auditor General in Chicago
