Hanfu Mi, professor in the School of Education at the University of Illinois Springfield, has been selected as a U.S. Department of State Fulbright U.S. Scholar for the 2024-2025 academic year. He will study and share his knowledge in Jordan.
The Fulbright Scholar U.S. Awards are competitive fellowships that enable American educators and researchers to participate in international teaching and research. Fulbright Scholars act as cultural ambassadors and contribute to mutual understanding between Americans and people in other countries. The Program's alumni network includes Nobel Laureates, Pulitzer Prize winners and leaders across various sectors.
