- Drag and Drop the PDF
- Locate the PDF file on your computer.
- Drag the PDF into your content editor.
- This action will create a file block within your content.
- Copy the URL of the PDF
- Click on the file block to reveal the file block menu.
- In the menu, select "Copy URL". This will copy the direct link to the PDF.
- Link the PDF to Text
- Highlight the text (sentence, part of a sentence, or list item) that you want to link to the PDF.
- Click the link button (usually represented by a chain icon or labeled as “Link”).
- In the URL field that appears, paste the copied URL.
- Press Submit to finalize the link.
- Remove the File Block
- Go to the block menu (often located near the file block).
- Select Options and choose Remove to delete the file block from the content.
- The PDF will still be linked to the highlighted text.
