Sophie Eckhardt appreciates the small campus and the meaningful connections she makes with her professors at the University of Illinois Springfield. She is involved in several campus organizations, including the Exercise Science Organization and Creative Marketer, and serves as a lead for Campus Recreation. Sophie enjoys working out at TRAC and plans to pursue a master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics to become a registered dietitian after graduation.
