Dr. Beverly Bunch prepared a new policy brief that highlighted concerns associated with the Illinois Tier 2 pension system and analyzed four options to address those concerns. She is affiliated with the Institute of Government and Public Affairs (IGPA) and a professor at the University of Illinois Springfield School of Public Management and Policy with a joint appointment in the Center for State Policy and Leadership.
