UIS is planning to offer more in-person classes next fall. The university’s decision to expand in-person learning is based on its successful testing program and the increase in vaccination availability in Illinois and across the country. Both students and faculty were surveyed this semester to help guide planning, and both indicated increasing on-campus courses as a top preference.
