The HyFlex (hybrid flexible) learning model is both a teaching format that bridges and blends the physical and digital classrooms and the pedagogy that informs the design of HyFlex learning. This session will cover:   

• Pedagogical overview of HyFlex   
• Instructional strategies   
• Planning a HyFlex course session    

The workshop will be held on Wednesday, July 20th at 11:00 am. 

The workshop will last approximately 1 hour. Attendance at this workshop is mandatory for those who have not attended previous workshops and are interested in receiving the $500 stipend for converting a course to a HyFlex format. All faculty who apply for the HyFlex stipend will be required to submit a syllabus as well as Hyflex lesson plans through the mid-term of their course (see syllabus template for details).
