The purpose of this course is to recognize the emerging global, national, and local entity policies and guidelines that push online leaders to be a driving force to external communities as they represent their institutions. This course will discuss policy updates, strategies for budgeting and acquisition of resources, becoming the voice to external audiences, and how to be actively engaged within the field of online learning.
