Exercise Science Graduation Marshal: Addison Bryant
Addison Bryant was awarded the EXR Graduation Marshal award which epitomizes the spirit and goals of the EXR program. As a member of the UIS Women’s Softball team, she successfully navigated the role of student-athlete by being on Dean’s List and Coaches Honor Role multiple times. In addition to being an excellent student, she takes an active role outside the classroom as well. Addison has been the Exercise is Medicine on Campus Student Representative since 2019, as well as a leader with the Exercise Science Organization, serving as President for the 2020-21 school year. After graduation, Addison plans to take a year off to travel to Africa for a mission trip with the organization Give Hope, Fight Poverty, and will continue to work at Memorial Medical Center as a Patient Care Technician. Eventually she plans on attending graduate school to pursue her goal of becoming a Physician Assistant.
