Dissertation: "Dynamic capabilities and program implementation: A new theory of contextual dynamism"
Bio: Andrea Graff is a 2018 graduate and is a member of the 2011 cohort. She also holds a Master of Science degree from Indiana State University, a Bachelor of Arts degree from UIS in Political Science, and an Associates in Pre-Law from Lincoln Land Community College. Andrea’s research interests include program replication and implementation. Currently, she is an adjunct instructor of Political Science at Lincoln Land Community College. Andrea enjoys volunteering with her local Lion’s Club, Historical Society, and church outside of academia. Andrea resides on her family’s farm in Rochester with her husband, three kids, and an assortment of pets.
