The UIS women's golf team is hosting a special fundraising event to recognize National Girls & Women in Sports Day, which took place on February 5th. This event will take place on Saturday, Feb. 22, at the UIS Golf Simulator at The Recreation and Athletic Center (TRAC) on campus.

The program invites women who want to receive tips from college golfers, participate in a fun scramble match, and enjoy time in the Trackman simulator. This is a great opportunity to meet and play alongside the talented women of the UIS golf team!

Event Details:

Choose from the following simulator session times (90 minutes):
  • 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM (6 spots)
  • 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM (6 spots)
  • 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM (6 spots)
  • 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM (6 spots)
Each session will consist of a 20-minute warm-up, where participants can hit balls at the range with the help of the Prairie Stars, followed by 70 minutes of a pro-am style scramble match. Each team will have one UIS golfer and three event participants. 

How to Attend:

The entry fee is $50 per person, and all proceeds will go towards supporting the team's spring travel expenses.
