The Civil Service Advisory Council is launching a new initiative to provide mentors for new employees and employees starting in new positions. The Mentorship Program will have two segments for employees to utilize and contribute to; Onboarding and Resource. It is important to note that this program is not designed to replace or circumvent current University and unit training.

Onboarding Mentors will occasionally meet with and provide general guidance and support for new employees to acclimate to the University environment and campus culture, as well as, provide a resource for engagement and services available.

Resource Mentors will become a part of an aggregate list of individuals with specific knowledgebase that may be contacted by anyone needing guidance to find resources or answer specific questions.

If you are interested in volunteering to become a mentor or have questions and/or comments about the Mentorship Program, please utilize the link below.
