How did your UIS education prepare you for your career?

I graduated with a degree in Business Administration and took Advertising as an elective. It was one of my favorite classes, so I knew I wanted to work in that field somehow.

What is a life lesson you'd like to share with current students?

It's ok to go to college in your hometown. It was the best path for me and I'm grateful for getting to stay close to home and my family.
