Please join us for the next session in our Employee Development Series: Building a Positive Workplace Through Customer Service Values. This session will be presented by Dr. Travis Bland, Dr. Anne-Marie Hanson and the Customer Service Improvement Committee (CSIC). This session focuses upon enhancing customer service interactions among students, faculty and employees. Attendees will learn about key elements to great customer service in higher education through this interactive and reflective session while working together to build a philosophy statement. Come learn what it means to have great customer service values and build a philosophy to guide our campus community.
