Upcoming Projects
Colonnade Stonework - The repair and restoration of the stonework will be done this summer. Work will include the replacement of irreparable stone along with the filling of cracks and crevices to prevent further damage by water and ice.
Clover 100 & 200 Exterior Renovations - Bids are being sought to renovate the building exteriors of the 100 and 200 buildings in Clover Court. Roofing, guttering, and siding are some of the improvements included in the project.
PAC Roof Replacement - Bids are also being sought to replace the roofing system on PAC. The current roof has reached the end of its lifespan and needs to be removed and replaced with new materials.
Completed Projects
Signage updates - New glass signs have been created and installed for the College of Health, Science and Technology (CHST) and the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences (CLASS). We are transitioning from using letters placed directly on the walls to lettering on frosted glass. Our painter foreman, Jeremy Jennings, designs and produces the vinyl lettering, which he then applies to the glass. This new design brings a fresh, modern look to our signage and spaces.
Rooftop Unit (RTU) Replacements - This month, new rooftop units were installed at the Human Resources Building (HRB) and the WUIS building. While the installation was delayed a few weeks due to the unusually wet weather we experienced this spring, patience paid off and the work was successfully completed the week of May 20th.
