Our 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) partner, Duo, is reporting issues with SMS (text messaging) delivery of passcodes. Duo has identified the cause of the issue and is working to restore SMS service.
Duo Push notifications are not affected, and individuals are encouraged to utilize this option as it is the most secure and convenient while we wait for service to be restored.
Instructions for setting up Duo Push are available here. Another option is to request a temporary bypass. To do so, go to the NetID Center. Scroll to the bottom and choose Temporary Passcode. This will email the temporary passcode to your recovery email.
