Hamza Azhar appreciates the small campus and supportive professors at the University of Illinois Springfield. He is president of the Society of Advancement Management Organization in the College of Business and Management, a member of both the International Student Association and Muslim Student Association and works as an International Student Ambassador. He chose UIS because it offers a friendly community and opportunities to gain experience in his field. After graduation, Azhar plans to work in the management information systems field.
