Ms. Jina Tweed is an energized, accomplished quality leader with a proven track record in transforming quality to meet business and customer expectations. She has extensive quality experience across multiple industries focused on product and supplier quality, continuous improvement, product development, CAPA management, and lean/six sigma. She has developed a reputation for building partnerships with business leaders and mentoring great team members.
Ms. Tweed has worked for PARTSSOURCE (Aurora, OH) since 2016. As a quality assurance regulatory vice president, she produces organizational cross-functional engagement and ownership in the quality management system to deliver quality products, services, and depot repairs for the Healthcare & Medical Device industries. She also conducts monthly quality reviews on product/parts performance, customer experience, service, supplier & operations quality.
Ms. Tweed worked in several other vital positions in quality management. From 2013 - 2016 Site Sr Quality Leader for General Electric Healthcare. From 2011-2013, Jina worked for Philips Healthcare as a Sr. Program Manager of Quality Systems, closing out numerous FDA regulations violations. She was a Quality Vice President, Architecture & Software from 2007 – 2009 for Rockwell Automation. Jina worked as a Quality and Lean Six Sigma Leader (MBB) for General Electric in Charlottesville, VA, from 2004-2007, prior to Charlottesville she was in GE Healthcare Technology from 2000 - 2004. During her time in General Electric she was awarded several in operational leadership and management. She was a Sr. director of quality for Broadband Home Solutions, 2009 – 2011 for Motorola Mobility Inc.
Ms. Tweed received her Master of Science in management information systems from the University of Illinois at Springfield. She earned a Bachelor of science from the University of Illinois, Springfield / Champaign, IL.
