Juan Cabral chose the University of Illinois Springfield because of the right-sized campus and AACSB accredited accountancy program. On campus, he’s a leader in the Department of Campus Recreation where he works as an intramural supervisor at TRAC. He helps with intramural game scheduling, training and promotions. He is also part of the Necessary Steps Mentoring Program. Following graduation, Cabral plans to return to UIS to earn his master’s degree and sit for the CPA exam.
