Alumnus Robert Dixon ’13 PAA, MA ’17 PAA is the director of legislative affairs for the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA). He’s worked in multiple governmental and legislative affairs roles, and says being a student leader at UIS gave him the skills to operate in a professional setting, lead others toward achieving goals and strategically complete tasks from beginning to end.
