The University of Illinois Springfield women's soccer team faced a tough 4-0 defeat against Central Missouri on Sunday. The Prairie Stars fell to 0-1-1 with the loss.

- Central Missouri opened the scoring in the 11th minute with Caroline Cole finding the net, assisted by Izzy Joyce. Lexi Ruf followed shortly after with a goal in the 15th minute. Mikayla Ernst, coming off the bench, added two more goals for UCM in the 36th and 42nd minutes
- UIS managed eight shots, three of which were on target, with strong offensive efforts from Abby Dellamorte, who recorded three shots
- Substitutes Carolyne Mathenia and Mallory Herber each contributed a shot on goal
- UIS goalkeeper Allison Mirimanian made two key saves in the match, playing the full 90 minutes
