Dear Campus Community,

We are reaching out to inform you about an important upcoming project on the Founders Residence Hall roof. For the safety and integrity of the building, we must temporarily remove the green roof to inspect the underlying rubber membrane.

This inspection will help us identify any areas needing repair and determine if replacement is necessary. We’ll use the results of the inspections to guide our planning and scheduling. While we don’t have a specific timeline yet, work may begin as early as Monday, August 5.

We expect minimal disruption to the residents and the campus community during this process, and we’ll take care to minimize any inconvenience.
