The UIS Staff and Faculty Volunteer Initiative Committee would like to thank those who filled out the volunteer interest survey this past February. This provided us with valuable information to gauge interest in volunteer initiatives.
We encourage you to participate on the UIS team for the United Way Day of Action on Friday, April 28, from 1-4 p.m. Register by Friday, April 7, to ensure your spot on the UIS team.

- Fill out the information and specify "UIS" as your group/team
Please note - Release time is not provided. Please verify with your supervisor prior to signing up to participate. You will also be responsible for your own transportation.
Lastly, did you know April is National Volunteer Month? Feel free to participate in the events planned by the Volunteer & Civic Engagement Center (included below) and help spread the word to get everyone involved in giving back to the community this month.
