Bio

Toan is a digital transformation specialist with over 15 years of experience working in the private and public sectors and across 10 countries in the Asia-Pacific region. He currently serves as a Programme Specialist in the Section of Inclusive Quality Education (IQE) at the UNESCO Multisectoral Regional Office in Bangkok. In this role, Toan provides policy planning advice and capacity building to governments in the areas of digital learning, teacher development, and education transformation. This seeks to promote digital transformation of education systems to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals and particularly SDG4 on inclusive and quality education.  

Prior to this, Toan had a diverse career in technology product management, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Toan devotes his efforts to driving collective social transformation through education and technology that empowers people to transform their mental paradigms, rethink processes, and creatively work together.
