The UIS Campus Community Garden serves as an outdoor classroom where community members cultivate fresh produce, build relationships and work to make our food system more sustainable. What started out as a group class project in Fall 2016 has grown into a year-round project and registered student organization. You are welcome to harvest produce at any time, and are invited to join the weekly garden work night on Wednesdays at 5pm now through mid-August.
