WHAT: The University of Illinois Springfield’s School of Politics and International Affairs will host a post-election panel discussion titled “The Election is Over. Now What?” The event is free and open to the public.

WHEN: 7-8:30 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 14

WHERE: UIS Student Union, 2251 Richard Wright Drive, Springfield

DETAILS: A panel of UIS faculty experts will discuss the outcomes of the 2024 presidential election and other key races, offering insights and analysis. Panelists include Professors Matthew Geras, Isabel Skinner and Jason Pierceson from the School of Politics and International Affairs. The event will be hosted by Jason Piscia, director of the UIS Public Affairs Reporting Program, and moderated by Jennifer Fuller, broadcast director and managing editor for Capitol News Illinois.
