"The first season for the Prairie Stars under their new coach Scott Myers is officially underway. UIS kicked things off against Purdue Northwest at home on August 24th which brought this new chapter of UIS women's soccer out of the starting gate.
With a new season, especially one with a completely new coach, there is going to be new ideas. Still, this team is coming off an above .500 (.556) season with a good goal differential (24 goals for, 18 goals against), which senior Megan Little said brings a foundation to 2024 to pair with the newly recruited talent."
