The UIS men's basketball team heads to Springfield, Mo., early in the week to compete in Drury's DoubleTree Thanksgiving Classic. Both the women's and men's basketball teams will then return home to TRAC on Saturday to tip off conference play against UMSL.

3:15 p.m. - Men's Basketball vs. Central Missouri (DoubleTree Thanksgiving Classic)
The UIS men's basketball team (2-1) looks to bounce back after a Nov. 16 loss to Northern Michigan. This marks the second all-time meeting with Central Missouri (2-2), who defeated the Prairie Stars 77-65 in their first matchup during the 2018 season—prior to Matt Brock's time as head coach. UCM is an NCAA DII opponent from the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA).
Wednesday, Nov. 27
3:15 p.m. - Men's Basketball vs. Union (DoubleTree Thanksgiving Classic)
The Prairie Stars will play their second and final game of the tournament against Union (4-0) in the first-ever meeting between the two programs. The Union Bulldogs are an NCAA Division II team from the Gulf South Conference (GSC).

1:00 p.m. - Women's Basketball vs. Missouri-St. Louis (HOME)
The Prairie Stars begin conference play at home against UMSL (3-1). UIS is coming off a 111-81 loss to the No. 11-ranked Union Bulldogs, the highest-scoring game of the year for the Prairie Stars, who look forward to a promising conference matchup. The Prairie Stars were picked tenth in the league's preseason poll, while the Tritons were voted seventh. UMSL will face Purdue Northwest on Tuesday before traveling to Springfield.
3:00 p.m. - Men's Basketball vs. Missouri-St. Louis (HOME)
UIS opens GLVC play against the UMSL Tritons (0-5) on Saturday afternoon at TRAC. The Prairie Stars look to snap a three-game losing streak to the Tritons, who lead the all-time series 17-5. UIS, ranked second in the GLVC preseason poll, faces a UMSL squad picked seventh out of 15 teams.
