The Engaged Citizenship Common Experience at UIS represents a distinctive Speaker Series Course that all UIS undergraduates must take before graduating. The series features a diversity of topics, all chosen to give students a wider perspective on life. We believe the program helps students become more mature in their understanding of life so that they can more effectively make a positive difference in the world.
