This fund was created in memory of the PNC Distinguished Professor in Banking and Finance Feng-Shun "Leo" Bin, who held this position from July 2018 until March 2022. The fund will provide unrestricted support for students enrolled in a primary degree program in the College of Business and Management at UIS to further student education and/or certifications in Finance in CBM in all possible forms.
