Gifts received in fulfillment of the pledge shall be used to provide faculty awards in the College of Business and Management at UIS. The faculty awards shall be used to attract and/or retain a faculty member engaged in teaching, research, and outreach in mutually agreed upon areas, such as management information systems, marketing, organizational management, logistics, or other relevant business topics. The recipient will meet with Hanson executives, as mutually agreed upon, but not less than twice-yearly regarding management information systems, marketing, organizational management, logistics or other relevant business topics of importance to Hanson Professional Services Inc. and the faculty member's expertise. The faculty member will present an annual executive summary report of the year's academic highlights, current research, and trends in the field.
