This fund supports awards for honorees in the “This I Believe Illinois” annual essay program for Illinois high school seniors. The award is a partnership with the Rotary Club of Springfield Sunrise and NPR Illinois at the Center for State Policy and Leadership at the University of Illinois Springfield.
