This fund will be used to support the Illinois Innocence Project. UIS may determine all other details about the use of the fund, including, but not limited to the exact uses, amount spent, and timing, in accordance with University policies and procedures. Supported uses may include, but need not be limited to, staff, the purchase of DNA test kits, travel expenses, student employees, and honoraria for exonorees to speak at outreach events.
