Income from the endowed fund Illinois REALTORS® Scholarship Fund will provide Student Aid to undergraduate students who have demonstrated a financial need and who are African American, Hispanic or Asian American. Preference will be given to relatives of someone in one of the following three Chicago-area real estate professional trade associations: National Association of Real Estate Brokers; National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals; and Asian Real Estate Association of America. If no one qualifies as a relative, preference will be given to other students from the Illinois counties of Cook, DuPage, Lake or Will, who are African American, Hispanic or Asian American.
